Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive an confirmation via email or text message to the email address and/or phone number you entered on your order. Please check your spam folder if you have not received an email confirmation. If you have not received an email confirmation then the order has not gone through or you did not enter your email address correctly.

When will my order ship and how do I track it?

Please allow 48 business hours from the time your order is placed for processing and verification.
Standard domestic orders will arrive within 7-10 business days.
Standard international orders will arrive within 10-21 business days.
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

Am I filling out my shipping address correctly?

Please be thorough when filling out your shipping address to avoid any mistakes. Be sure to separate addresses between “Address Line 1” & “Address Line 2” and always include a unit or apartment # whenever applicable.
If you fail to enter your information properly and our system cannot verify the address, your order will be placed on hold. If we do not receive an address confirmation and/or correction from you, the order may be cancelled.

Can I return my item for a refund?

Unfortunately, refunds, returns and/or exchanges are currently not allowed for online purchases.

Why won’t my discount code work?

Please be sure your code is entered correctly and applied before submitting your order. If you have received a unique code from us, please keep in mind that it can only be used once.
All promotions and/or codes cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are not currently allowed for online purchases. Please only click the “Complete Order” button once to avoid multiple charges.

What does pre-order mean?
